EXAMPLE SEATING ARRANGEMENTS IN THE AMPHITHEATER

COVID-RESPONSIBLE CAMPUS Masks and social distancing are required, regardless of vaccination status. At the theater, we ask that you wear your mask unless you are enjoying a drink and thank you in advance for helping keep the most vulnerable among us safe.

YOUR ARRIVAL Parking is available in the lower lot. The house opens an hour before the show at 6pm. Please check-in when you are ready to enjoy the Cabaret Bar and take your seat. We encourage you to arrive early as  once the show begins, late seating may not be possible and tickets will not be refunded.

THE SHOW WILL BE OUTDOORS Performances will be held rain or shine. We may delay a performance for up to 90 minutes before deciding to cancel or continue. In the event of a delay, we ask that you return to your car for shelter. If weather prevents a performance, rescheduling will be attempted. All ticket holders will have an option to attend on a new date with exchange fees waived. No refunds will be made for cancelled performances. Pets are not permitted to attend performances in the Amphitheater.

SEATING IS ASSIGNED Tickets are being sold as fixed singles and groups of two, four, or six. We are not able to move the seating or add additional seats to a group. When purchasing, you will select your desired seating location from a seat map. Once purchased, you will not be able to change seats. Chairs for this event are sturdy, solid plastic. You may wish to bring a cushion or seat pad with you. See example photos of the seating above.

DRINK TICKETS When you purchase seating for two, four, or six seats, you will receive corresponding drink tickets when you check-in to the theater. These tickets will be redeemable for draft beer or wine at the Cabaret Bar or Blue Gene's Pub.

BLUE GENE'S PUB Please join us before & after the show! The Pub is open 5-11pm, and you are welcome to bring beverages purchased at Blue Gene's Pub into the show with you. (Don’t forget to show your membership card for a discount!)

 

FOOD TRUCKS Food Trucks will be at the Pub most nights before the show! If you are planning to eat at a food truck please arrive by 5:30pm to ensure you have time to order, eat, and get to your seat. Food is not permitted in the theater.

TICKETS ARE FINAL SALE The value of unused tickets may be converted to a tax-deductible donation. O’Neill Members may exchange tickets to another performance, based on availability, with exchange fees waived. There is a $2.50 service charge on each ticket regardless of purchase method.
