COVID-RESPONSIBLE CAMPUS While masking is no longer required for performances, the O'Neill endeavors to create a safe and comfortable environment for all of its audience members. Patrons who prefer to remain masked when in the theater are invited to do so.
TICKETS ARE FINAL SALE The value of unused tickets may be converted to a tax-deductible donation. O’Neill Members may exchange tickets to another performance, based on availability, with exchange fees waived. There is a $1.50 service charge on each ticket regardless of purchase method.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING If you require handicap accessible seating, please make a note on your purchase or email boxoffice@theoneill.org with your order number and the type of seating needed.
STUDENT RUSH Students with a valid ID may purchase a $20 ticket for any performance beginning one hour prior to show time. Subject to availability.
RETURNERS RUSH As our writers take creative risks and discover new things about their work, their scripts change. Therefore, no two performances of a piece at the O'Neill are ever quite the same. Patrons who want to invest further into the development process and see a show at different stages can take advantage of our Returners Rush. Those who have seen a performance of a play or musical may purchase a $20 ticket to a later performance of that same play or musical beginning one hour prior to show time with presentation of their ticket stub. Subject to availability.
